QUESTION: then should i think that i am safe from this insertive fellatio episode and what about frottage part.why on other sites it is considered a risk for hiv transmission

Answer
You cannot get HIV from RECEIVING oral sex unless blood is somehow involved- that is why it is considered a risk. But generally, the risk of oral sex is to the person who performs oral sex because they are the one who comes in contact with semen and vaginal fluid.

If no blood was involved in the rubbing then you should be fine. If you ejaculated, then the risk would be to the other person.
