Question
if i am hiv+,  i had a night fall, afterwards i washed , but as hiv germs cant die with soap or water do my hands or underwear contain hiv virus , what should b done, or what else should i do after safe sex (using condom) with hiv negative women for her safety.

Answer
HIV is only active in transmitting fluids...if you washed the fluids off, then it is gone. I am not sure what you mean by "night fall" so I am not sure that I answered your question or not.

Use a condom and do not let your fluids enter her body- that's the best way to protect your partner.
