in my whole life i had one episode of insertive fellatio which lasted about 6 min and in which in ejaculated in ladies mouth.there was no visiible blood on my penis ,then what are my chance of contracting hiv as i am freaking over this episode that i will soon die of aids froem last two years i am living with this fear.sometime i fel like killing myself pleas do reply to as i am always tense over this issue,thankyou

Hi Rahul,

There is absolutely less than 0.005% risk of contracting HIV through oral sex (aka insertive fallatio). The only time in that 0.005% risk group is if the person who is performing the act caught it due to an open lesion/sore/cut inside their mouth from an HIV positive person.

Your fears are relevant to some extent. You must always protect yourself. However, do not give up sexual intercourse due to your fears. You have to practice safe sex.

I recommend getting an HIV test once every 3 months. It is offered for free at your local health department's STD clinic.
