Question
I want to know if I can recieve aids if I have oral sex with a stranger and they don't actually cum in my mouth but there is still an exchange of pre cum/ vaginal fluid in my mouth?

Answer
Dear Bob:

Peace.  In an infected person, vaginal secretions and semen (the fluid in which sperm swims, including precum) contain sufficient amounts of HIV (the virus which causes AIDS) to infect another person.  While receiving these fluids in your mouth is less risky than through permeable membranes (rectum, colon) or visible breaks in the skin, it is still a risk.

Hope that answers your question.
