i had oral sex with a prostitute, for 5-6 seconds, sucking and slightly biting her outer lips,  then after maybe 2 minutes after that my mind came back to me and i started spitting out several times to clean my mouth. what is the risk of infection of STDs. i asked her if she is free of deseases  she said no and that she is new to this buisiness. i only had pain in one of my teeth, how risky is this?

Vaginal secretions can indeed transmit HIV if the person is infected, though contracting HIV from one experience as you described is relatively low risk.  Keep in mind that most infected people do not know their HIV status - so even if her report is to the best of her knowledge, it may not be accurate.  Other STD/STI infections can more easily transmitted, however.  

The good news is that voluntary and affordable testing and counseling is readily available in most parts of the world.  I would recommend a testing center or contact with your health provider for testing, diagnosis and treatment if same is needed.  The advantage of counseling is face to face discussion and assessment of past and potential risk to protect yourself and loved ones in the future.
