1.-Can a pregnant mother with aids birth a child whose not infected?
2.-Is it possible for a man who's HIV POSITVE...have seamen extracted than inserted into the woman without the disease?

1. Yes, if she takes medication
2. I dont understand your second question but if you are asking but I can say that just because someone has unprotected sex with an HIV+person, it does not mean they will contract the virus. Many factors determine whether people contract HIV
