Question
on feb 7 had an encounter with some oral, i tasted precum so stopped, i was the passive bottom so i put the condom on him and realized it wouldnt go down so i flipped it over, dont know if it got contaminated with his precum, dont know his status, 10 day s later got a 24 hour bug fever nausea and about 6 bouts of watery diarhea, move ahead to may had my second bout of pancreatitis, maninly because i thought a few glass of wine wouldnt hurt me. while i was in the hospital they had me on i v flayl and cipro than sent me home for 3 days of tablets of the same didnt brush my teeth(couldnt get out of bed) for the 5 days, mouth was extremely dry. when i got home noticed two denuded areas on my tongue, so called my dr and he gave nystatin, went away but not quite all the way, freaked out and got an oraquick advance saliva test and it was neg. than i went on diflucan and it went away totaly on the last day of diflucan it started coming back, now i have been so stressed out i came down with they think but couldnt be sure with shingles 6 lesions the size of a quarter . still thinking now i am infected, trying nystatin again this time i will stay on it until its gone for a week . so i went and had a oraquck advance fingerstick test (6 months and a week after possible exposure) it was neg, is my stress level adding to all these problems am i really negative, noticing tiny .3 light tan spots 2 in all on my foot dont know if they were there before but paranoid now. also i was on valtrex 2 weeks before the test, would that interfere with it. my cbc is normal and chem are all normal except i been getting glucose in the 130, thanks for your time.

Answer
Ok, the only question I saw in your mail was about stress adding some of these health problems. I dont think I can give you any answer that will help you. Yes, stress may be affecting your health, but I dont think stress would go so far to cause shingles, yeast infections etc.

Your encounter was long enough that you are no longer in the window period for testing. Unless you got a false negative, you dont have HIV. You can test again if you want more assurance. Your doctors can help you address your health problems.
