Question
hi,
i received oral sex AFTER having vaginal sex wearing the same condom. minutes before cumming, she took off the condom and masturbated me using her saliva. what is the risk of hiv being transmitted from the vaginal fluid on the condom to her mouth(saliva)? what are chances of me being exposed to the virus? thank you.

Answer
Dear Jason:

Peace.  Let's assume your partner was infected and there are infectious fluids on the condom; the amount would be small.  The amount is further reduced while in her mouth; therefore the amount to which you were exposed, if any, is very very small.  You then have that very very small amount of potentially infectious fluid diluted in saliva and spread in small amounts on your penis, which may or may not have an open sore or broken skin; again, the chances of that specific fluid being rubbed into a break in your skin or mucous membrane is even smaller.

You are looking at a fraction of a fraction of risk.

I hope that helps.
