Question
How would I run a report by library to provide a listing to show only the number of deleted records in each file?

Answer
The DSPFD command has an option to create a OUTFILE, with fields that include the file and library names and the number of current and number of deleted records.  I would use that command to create a work file, then write a program or use QRY to print it.
