AS400 Mid Range/Authorization to printer queues

Question
After doing a complete system restore after a crash a few weeks ago, we've not been able to get the authorizations on our printer queues right again.  We've used the CHGOUTQ command to set the "display any file" option to *YES and the "authority to check" option to *DTAAUT, but there are still issues.  Can you offer any advice?

Answer
There are several possibilities. First, be sure that you don't have duplicate output-queue names in different libraries with different attributes.  Check that the user is authorized to the library the output-queue is in.  If you use group authority, check that the group is authorized to the queue and library. I'm assuming that your system security level system value is the same as it was prior to the crash and that the user special authority is the same.  If none of this helps point you in the direction of the problem, send me a specific example of an error-message, with CPF number and text, and I'll check it on my system.
