we have AS400 and we are struggling with our BOL and route settlements.  if we have to adjust the Pick list for shipping we have to use F1, but when we do this it creates a very confusing BOL. It gives what the original order was, and then a second page of what was deducted. Carriers are not happy with this and I can not find anything in our manual on how to have the BOl updated correctly with F1 and still consolidate it all on one bol with only what we are shipping. Does anyone understand what I am talking about or how to correct this?

Providing that your company owns source code to your software, an AS/400 programmer could change the bill-of-lading program to print in some alternate way that you prefer. If you do not own the source code, then you could try contacting the company that wrote the software.
