I want to convert an XML file into AS400 so what steps to be followed.

Answer
To my knowledge, there is no automatic AS/400 function to convert an XML file to the AS/400.  To transfer an XML file, a programmer would need to:

1. Create a flat ASCII or .CSV file on the PC.
2. If you can access AS/400 folders from your network, place the file in an AS/400 folder and then transfer it using the AS/400's CPYTOPCD command.  Otherwise, you could use the file transfer function of your 5250 emulation program.
3. An AS/400 programmer would need to then write a custom program to format the data for use on the AS/400.
