I would like to  know how to create a cl that will allow a user to select an option from a menu that will allow them to change several attributes of a printer.

A full explanation of how to design the prompt screen and CL program to do what you want is beyond the scope of what we can do through a simple exchange of e-mail.  Conceptually, the IP address, manufacturer type and model, and text description are all assigned when a remote output queue is created. To change them, a programmer would have to delete the output queue, then recreate it using the new parameters. Also, IBM has its own manufacturer type and model codes, so translation of terms may be required. An experienced AS/400 programmer might require two or more days to write the program you are suggesting.
