Question
Hi,i just want to know how can i get your free guide
to reprogram my atm machines
i have mb1500 machines,thank you.

Answer
Hi - We can help with your reprogramming efforts.

Although you have the Minibank 1500 series, these questions will be relevant for readers with other machines also...

Here are some things to consider:
1) Do you have the master password for the ATM?
>> There are typically three passwords on an ATM:
  1) Operator password: lowest level of security. Provided ability to load settlement cash and run simple reports
  2) Service password: middle level. Provides ability to diagnose machine problems
  3) Master password: high level of security. Provide the ability to reset the terminal #, reprograming the master keys, denomination and most of the important stuff

>> to check if you have the master password:
  1) enter management mode and try to edit "Host setup"
  2) you should see "terminal ID" as an option. If you don't see it....then it is blocked and you have a lower level password.

Why is this important?
>> Because without the master password, we will need to reflash the ROM on the keypad prior to reprogramming the ATM
>> We can work around lack of a master password...it just take a bit longer.
