QuestionHi, i own some atm machines,my monthly statement
do not match with the amonut of money deposited by my
prosesor i have talked to them about this but they are unable to answer.
This is other question,if my account manager
did not enable ahc report ,do you think they are hiding something?
That they do not want me to know.

I would be glad to help. There are a couple reasons why the ACH deposits don't match what you expect.
> End of business day (COB: close of business) doesn't exactly match the end of day (midnight)
But....all the monies should be correct in the long run. Settlement funds and surcharge income should match transaction records perfectly.
> contractual: perhaps the processing company slipped some fees in the contract without making it apparent
> customer disputes
> inadvertent errors
Your account settings in the online management system should have ACH enabled....so your suspicions may be correct.
