Question
i have two checking accounts with one bank. i was told both accounts would be accessible with my existing atm card. on the bank web site it says that both accounts are linked to my atm card. i went to the atm but it automatically tells me my balance and everything of my old account. are there atms that allow you to choose which account you want to access and where cani findone? like what bank?

Answer
Hi - thanks for the question. Your problem could have a couple reasons, depending on your exact bank & type of account.

Yes, the bank's ATM could have a primary account and secondary account options.
> Look under "other services" on the bank's ATM.
> Look for a primary/secondary account option

Or:
1) the bank representative could have been wrong. Next time that you are at the bank, have the person show you on their ATM how to access the second ATM.
