Question good evening" i've just scanned, now im pregnat of 7weeks.i am 20yrs old now, my husband is 38yrs old. as my age, im not ready yet to have a baby, my husband also not happy with my conditon now. my family suggest me to do abortion,but im scared. please help me...1) CAN I DO ABORTION on my 7weeks pregnant, 2) what are the type of abortion can i do ( vacumm or d & c ) 3)is that any effect for me to have baby after abortion? please help me....

You can have an abortion at 7 weeks, it is better to have one under twelve weeks.
There are a couple of types, medical abortions in which you take a pill to bring on a misscarriage/abortion, surgical abortion either vacumme or a D&C. The vaccume is where they use something that sucks everything out and the D&C is where they scrape. Either of these two methods is fine.
I would sugegst you have a surgical abortion as I think it is better and has less chance of complications. Taking a pill might sound easier but there is a higher chance of excessive bleeding and other complications.
Abortion is a very safe and quick procedure, you should be fine. It is very very unlikely that an abortion will make you infertile. When this happens it is usually because the woman had a bad infection after the abortion. Most woman go on to have healthy pregnancies and healthy babies later on after an abortion.
Make sure yu follow the doctors instructions, take any antibiotics given to you and dont have sex for a few weeks.
