About Pat G
Expertise
I can help women with the consideration of their decision, and with resources, and I can share my own experiences as the mother of seven and grandmother of six. My approach is to show love and concern, and help women work through the issues, emotional, spiritual, practical. I also help women deal with boyfriend and family issues.

Experience
I have been working with women who are considering abortion for several years. I also work with women who have had abortions. Our family has also experienced adoption, so I can talk about that as well.

Education/Credentials
I am mostly self-taught. I also studied midwifery for awhile. I have spent years doing research on this topic. In fact, I have been doing research and working in this area since the early 1970's. I have been helping women online for a few years, under the guidance of a woman who was formally training in counseling.

Answer
Hi, nicky,

If you were still pregnant, you'd be in the second trimester by now, and you'd be experiencing more than just your breasts being tender. You can try lying on your stomach on the bed, and if you are fairly thin, you will probably feel a lump where your uterus is. And you said you haven't had a period for two months, so even the less sensitive pregnancy tests should pick up on a new pregnancy if you have one.

Medical terminations are huge doses of hormones. This can disrupt the delicate hormonal balance of your body. Anything is possible.

Since you are asking a question about your own body, the only way you can get a definite answer is to see a doctor (go to someone other than the one you went to for the medical abortion). Nobody can diagnose what is happening with your body over the internet, not even a doctor. Good luck!
