Question
I had an abortion Novemeber 5, 2008.  I have not gotten my period yet, but I am positive that I ovulated about 2 weeks ago.  Now it is December 6 and no signs of period.  Should I take a pregnancy test?  I cannot believe I could be pregnant again!  This is crazy, or is it just going to come later on.  I know I ovulated however....thanks

Thanks for your question. It's possible that you could be pregnant if you are having sex and your cycles are normal again. It's hard to say if you really ovulated because after an abortion, it takes your body a while to get back to normal. If you want to get a free pregnancy test, you can call 1-800-395-HELP to find a center in your area. They give free tests and you could also go online at http://www.optionline.org or try this website

Almost 22 years of on-the-job training onsite at abortion clinics and volunteering at pregnancy resource centers. Sonogram training and Post Abortion Counseling Training. Have done research with hundreds of women for almost 23 years regarding abortion, pregnancy and post-abortion healing.
