hello i need answers on how soon my menstral cycle gets back to normal after a medical abortion. I had a medical abortion on the 19th of sept, and bled for 2 weeks , i went for a post abortion check up and found the abortion had been successful, after that i saw my period again on the 30 of oct and it lasted 7 days but i am yet to see my period after that. I have had cramps in d course of  the month of dec though especially around when i was expecting my period but i didnt get any bleeding and it passed after about 4 days and i was worried if there is any reason for me to worry i have done a pregnancy test and it came out negative, i really dont have any of the pregnancy signs so am quite certain am not pregnant, I was just wondering is this normal or is there something i should be worried about.

Thanks for your question. I would recommend that you talk to your doctor about this. After an abortion, it is somewhat common to have your periods messed up. It's impossible for me to tall you if you are pregnant, so I would advise you to have another pregnancy test if you think you might be pregnant.
