Question hi i have had an abortion at 24weeks due to personal reasons and have stopped bleeding but am feeling some pain in my lower left stomach area right above the private area and was wondering if this is normal.

You didn't describe the pain, but I think it is safe to say you shouldn't be having pain there. I recommend you go to the doctor and let him check you out. Good luck!
Let me know what you find out. 24 weeks is pretty late, and the late-term abortions are considerably more dangerous. I'm concerned about possible complications. I hope you will be OK.
