I know that this is not exactly the right section, but this question is really important and I think you can help.. and all the other experts are on vacation, and I really need some help with this.
This past month, I was switching between two packs of my pills and not quite sure if I fully took them all, I threw up a few times due to illness after having the pills. Assuming I was still fine, I had sex eight times without a condom and didn't realize the situation until I missed my pill 24 hours after the last time. I'm wondering if I should be worried or what I should do.

How are you doing? I'm not a medical doctor so I want to advise you to check with your personal physician. Yes, I would be concerned that you threw up your pills and perhaps did not get the dosage of hormones to protect you from pregnancy. It's possible with the switching and circumstances that you could possibly be pregnant. I would advise you to take a pregnancy test and do you seem to have any symptoms?
