Question Why do u have to wait 7 days for intercourse following the surgical procedure? Is it for my own comfort levels? Is it absolutely harmful if I do not wait the full 7 days?
Answer The period of time to refrain from intercourse could be 7-14 days according to the instructions that you receive. This is for medical and health reasons. Your body needs time to heal and recover from the surgery. It could be harmful if you do not wait. Also, it is very important to have the post abortion checkup to make sure everything is ok with you physically. Have you already had the abortion?
