I had an abortion 14h april.my menstrual cycle is usually precise but this month it has not come yet.I had sex afterwards, but I had a pregnancy test yesterday and the result was negative.Can I be pregnant?
Answer Hi, Jenny,
I can't tell you over the internet if you are pregnant, and neither can anyone else, not even a doctor.
However, there is the possibility you are pregnant again, or still pregnant. But abortion is a serious disruption of a woman's hormones, so anything is possible. It also depends on when you had sex. Fertility normally occurs two weeks before a woman's next menstrual period. If you never had a period after your abortion, then I wouldn't begin to guess what is going on with your body.
Try testing again in a few days, Your period isn't even significantly late. Let me know what happens, and feel free to ask additional questions.
