I just found out I'm twelve weeks prego, as of last week I'm going through a military divorce AND I'm only 20. homeless, without a job and no family to help me. I want an abortion, but i can't afford it...will anyone help me? Is there anywhere i can go?

At twelve weeks, an abortion is very expensive and also much more dangerous. And most abortionists won't even do them at that point. So add the cost of travel and a place to stay while recovering to the cost. Abortionists are in it for the money. There aren't any freebies out there.

There is help available, if you do not have an abortion. You should look for an organization in your area. You can find one by going here:

They can help you with a place to stay or live, finding a job, and many other kinds of help: medical care, counseling, furniture, supplies, and clothing for your baby, and adoption help.

Abortion can kill you. It can also leave you seriously disabled. Do you have the money to pay for medical treatment if you develop a complication?

I won't go into lots of details about all the harm abortion can do. Suffice it to say that it can not only cause immediate problems, but it can cause disabilities in your future children, and it can cause you to develop breast cancer while you are still young. It can also cause serious emotional repercussions. Some women even commit suicide or experience fatal auto accident, misuse of drugs, homicide, self-abuse, and eating disorders. If you want details, let me know. You deserve better. So does your baby. He or she is already fully formed and would experience pain. He has been moving since four weeks, and has had brain waves for weeks as well. It is better I tell you this now, while you still have a choice, because you will find out eventually anyway. Abortion is forever.
