i had a miscarriage on Sept 22 it was all natural i stop bleeding on October 1 its it ok to have sex again?

Dear Maria,
It is fine to go ahead and have sex again.  There is no additional concern for infection with a natural miscarriage.  I am assuming you had a wanted pregnancy.  In this case, if you had an early miscarriage (under 10 weeks) you do not need to wait to get pregnant again.  Good luck!
