Hi my name is Dona , I'm 24 and I'm scared. I just found out im pregnant. I'm sure it can't be longer than 6 weeks. I have early symptoms like my brest are hurting, I'm very sleepy and tired. I'm 100% sure i need to have an abortion but i need to hide this from my family and friends. And it's gonna be hard for me to take an extra time off from work. What would be the best type of abortion for me? I've herd about the pill but some people say that is better do surgical cuz I'm not gonna remeber nothing after. I'm very confused. Please help. Is there problem if I don't have legal status in USA? I can pay cash is that i don't have any insurance...How soon can I have an abortion? Thank You for taking Ur time to help me.

I don't recommend the pill abortion. I have heard many bad things about this. You basically have the abortion at home and will see your baby come out dead. Plus it is dangerous for this procedure without medical supervision.
