Abortion/can my doctor tell if i had an abortion

Question
Hi,
I really hope you can answer this question, I am very worried.  I went to see my doctor when I was about 5 weeks pregnant - so she knows I am pregnant.  But, it is 2 weeks later (7 weeks pregnant) and I have decided to not keep the baby.  I will be going through with an abortion.  The question I have is, how can I get this abortion but not have my doctor find out in any way?  She has me scheduled for an early ultrasound in 2 days from now and I don't know if I have to go or not.  After the abortion, what will I do?  Somehow she has to find out I am no longer pregnant.  But, I cannot bear having to share that I have had an abortion with anyone besides myself.

Can you please help me?

Answer
Hi Darla,

Honestly, there is no way to hide it from her, if you lied and said you had a miscarriage, it would be on your medical records so she would know you were lying. If I were you I would just tell her the truth, she won't tell anyone so it can just be between you and her. Good luck!
