Hi there I hope you can help me. I had aaborshion Dec 4 2008. it went very well. They said i should bleed from 4 6 weeks. but its now feb 10th and i still bleed. the bleeding is not heavy at all its a lite bleeding ... just a bit each day . like a tea spoon of blood a day sometimes less sometimes more. I waited twp weeks after the aborshion to have sex...although i did have unpretected sex... i am just woundering if there is a chance i could be pregnant or if there could be a bigger problem. I just didn't think i could be pregnant due to the bleeding. please get back to me

Please ask your regular physician about this. In my opinion, it's not healthy to be bleeding for so long. I really can't tell you what might be the problem but I am concerned about this. There is a chance that you can be pregnant even if you are bleeding. I don't know what percentage of chance though. You could get a free pregnancy test if you want at a pregnancy resource center.
