Abortion/my breast milk is off and on

OK I had an abortion on September 2 and after 2 months I discovered I had breast milk.. then it stopped after a while and then I had sex on january 1 and then 2 months later in February of this month I found I had breast milk, but I also had my period so could I be pregnant?

I like your name! Well, thanks for your question. This circumstance seems unusual to me. I recommend you consulting your physician about your question-I'm not a medical professional. I know that you can have a period and still be pregnant but I am confused about the breast milk situation.
