Question
Hello I just had an abortion a week ago and I was in so much pain a day later the doctor had to go back in and take out some blood clots. When I have to push during a bowl movement I have pain and discomfort in my lower stomach is this normal or another sign that I may not have gotten out everything the second time. Also I am sweating every time I go to sleep and I do not have a temperature and I never sweat

Dear Karen,
Continued pain and night sweats would indicate that you definitely need to have an other follow up with the doctor.  It could be that there are blood clots, or you could have an infection.  You should be seen in the next day or two.
