Hi, I got pregnant after being on antibiotics, I believe the antibiotices made me ovulate late because before that i used the withdrawl method that has worked for me for 9 years; my period is very regular.  However I had an abortion and 2 weeks after my abortion I had unprotected sex and used the same method, this time because i was so paranoid I stopped him before his orgasm...........its now 4 weeks after the abortion and i have symptoms that my period is coming like cramps and tenderness, but i spotted for a couple days instead of having a regular period, could you tell me whats going on?

Yeh, what's going on....
After an abortion hormonelevels must get in balance again. So nothing is the same as before the first weeks after the abortion.
Nothing can be predicted.
About two weeks after the abortion fertility is restored.
The chance that you are pregnant though is small.
Just take more care; be more paranoid - though condoms are better than paranoia - ; and wait for your next period.
It does take some time before you will be regular again.
