I am 25yr old married lady, my pregnancy got miscarried due to undevoloped sac on 23 Jan'09. Now can start exercises like (running,aerobics, dance & Yoga). I would like to plan pregnancy after 2 months, so can I start FOLACIN(Folic acid) tablets?

Dear Jaya,
There is no problem with doing all of the exercise you mentioned - there are no restrictions on any of your activities at this point. Yes, you can start folic acid tablets.  And yes, you can go ahead and try to get pregnant again, starting now. Early miscarriage is common and normal, and does not mean that anything is wrong with your ability to get pregnant.
