Question
I chose to have a medication abortion. I took the second set of medication on Saturday at 4:30pm. I have yet to experience bleeding, i have only experience minimal spotting. Is this ok? How long should i wait before assuming that the medication didn't work?

Answer
Hi dear Alice,
the "medication" abortion in fact is a lousy way to abort.
Docs donot tell you about the many problems occuring with it.
They just do not know, and the dealers and importer (DANCO) stimulizes and promote those pills as their profits are abundant.
Minimal spotting is not enough. But you took it just less than 48 hours ago, so it may come still.
Normally bloodloss is heavy. So be patient and come back to me if nothing happens in a couple of days.
Where there any cramps ? and are you 100% sure you were pregnant?
bye for now,
dr Shan
