Question
I had an abortion on april 27 and started birth control on april 3. I had unprotected sex on may 9 but practiced the pull out method. very scared so I took the plan b pill on may 11. so I went back to the clinic and took a test and it came back positive but there was nothing on the ultra sound on may 15. could I really be pregnant or is the hormone still there even after the plan b pill?

There are women who have taken Plan B and it still didn't stop the pregnancy. I can't tell you that for sure. Please go ahead and get another pregnancy test or see if you develop any pregnancy symptoms.
Yes, it could be hormones still and that you aren't pregnant.
