Abortion - What's the possibility?

Question
My fiance and I are planning to start a family soon after we get married October 2009 but it happened a little sooner than we expected.  On May 10th I became pregnant. We were OK with that I was just going to be a pregnant bride. But on Friday night June 12th I started passing clots and bleeding and had a D&C the next day. We both were disappointed that it happened. As I understand it a D&C is another form of abortion and when I was told that I immediately became depressed and wondered if it was anything that I did. I am an African American woman in my early 40s and wanted so much to have a another child. I only spotted one day and that was the day of the D&C and little to no cramping. I did have a foul smelling brownish discharge for the next 5 days. On Friday, June 19th I decided to douche with a mild Summer's Eve solution and the odor and discharge went away. The following night we had unprotected sex and he did climax in me twice. We also had sex last night twice once he did climax in me and the second time he pulled out. I immediately took a pregnancy test this morning around 5am and it was positive.  What's the chances that I am pregnant again?

Answer
Peyton,

That is unusual that the test would be positive that soon after intercourse. I wonder if the D & C was not successful. Please consult your doctor about this situation. Also, please email me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com because I would like to talk to you more by email. Please put ALLEXPERTS in the subject line and remind me of your question and the date. Thank you.
