AboutPat G Expertise I can help women with the consideration of their decision, and with resources, and I can share my own experiences as the mother of seven and grandmother of six. My approach is to show love and concern, and help women work through the issues, emotional, spiritual, practical. I also help women deal with boyfriend and family issues.
Experience I have been working with women who are considering abortion for several years. I also work with women who have had abortions. Our family has also experienced adoption, so I can talk about that as well.
Education/Credentials I am mostly self-taught. I also studied midwifery for awhile. I have spent years doing research on this topic. In fact, I have been doing research and working in this area since the early 1970's. I have been helping women online for a few years, under the guidance of a woman who was formally training in counseling.
I consulted with a doctor. i am now 7 weeks preganant. But the doctor told me there is no fetal inside the sac and so definitly it vil get aborted.
Can anyone tell me why? And what is the reason ?
Thanks,
Raji
Answer Hi, Raji,
This does happen occasionally. Nobody knows why. It's possible that your baby died. And yes, if there is no child inside the sac, eventually it will come out, or if necessary, they will remove it. Beyond that, the only person you can really get any answers from is the doctor. Nobody can tell you over the internet what's going on specifically with your body. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. But I don't have access to your body, so I can't tell you.
The other possibility is that if he's using ultrasound, at that early stage, he simply didn't see your baby. It depends on how he made that determination. In that case, just wait, and sooner or later, he will be able to see, or find another way to determine if your baby is fine. Probably he should have told you that he can't find the baby, not that the baby doesn't exist. Do your hormones still test high? If he suggests that he remove the sac, but you are not bleeding, don't agree to it. It's not dangerous to wait. If you do bleed, but have no contractions, also, don't agree to it. He really shouldn't do any internal exams, either, especially if you start to bleed.
