Answer
Hi, anum,

Cytotec probably won't produce an abortion, if nothing has happened so far. If it will produce abortion, then it will just happen, but it may not. Fortunately, it is unlikely there will be any serious problems as a result of you having taken it. But you should stop harming yourself. The manufacturer of Cytotec says it is not to be used during pregnancy, because there are several ways it can kill a woman, and sometimes it only takes a few hours. The Diclofenac is unlikely to have any effect on pregnancy at this point, according to what I have been able to find. If you continue to abuse your body with dangerous drugs, you could cause serious harm. It's not worth the risk.

I don't know what you are facing that causes you to want to have an abortion. But if you are getting any kind of pressure, either from the father, your family, or from your culture, please find a way to go someplace where you will be safe. You shouldn't have to take these kinds of risks. You deserve better.

You may need some further help. The chances of finding an organization specifically for pregnant women, that can help, in Pakistan, are remote. However, you can probably get some help from a local Catholic church or Catholic hospital. If one church won't help, another might. It seems like your best chance. To find one near you, please go here:

You may also be able to find another church or a Lutheran church that may help:

From what I know of the situation, you won't find this situation easy, but it is possible to get help. Please know that the people I'm recommending, for the most part, will simply try to help you, and not pressure you in any way.

Please take care of yourself, and let me know how you do. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I can help women with the consideration of their decision, and with resources, and I can share my own experiences as the mother of seven and grandmother of eleven. My approach is to show love and concern, and help women work through the issues, emotional, spiritual, practical. I also help women deal with boyfriend and family issues. I am not a doctor, but I have done extensive medical research, so I may be able to help with information. I am female. When you write, if you are or were pregnant, please tell me how far along you were or are, and if you have had an abortion, please tell me what kind. Thank you.

Experience

I have been working with women who are considering abortion for several years. I also work with women who have had abortions. Our family has also experienced adoption, so I can talk about that as well.

Education/Credentials
I am mostly self-taught. I also studied midwifery for awhile. I have spent years doing research on this topic. In fact, I have been doing research and working in this area since the early 1970's. I have been helping women online for a few years, under the guidance of a woman who was formally training in counseling.
