ANSWER: Hello, bhavna,

If you are getting an odor with this and it doesn't smell like urine, go to a doctor and check and see if you have an infection. Urine wouldn't be white anyway. It would be transparent, with any quantity looking yellowish, but still transparent. Some doctors are way too quick to say that a woman should have an abortion of a second twin. If the black indicated a problem, and there was no heartbeat, then yes, they'd have to take care of it. I am sorry to hear of your difficulties, and I hope you can get them resolved.

If your bladder came down, you'd have more than just the one symptom of fluid, in all probability. And if it did come down, then you sustained an injury from the abortion, or one of them.

So it sounds like you need to see a doctor rather urgently, and please go to someone else, not the doctor who provided the abortions. Please let me know what you find out. An infection is nothing to fool around with. I hope you are OK. Take care.

ANSWER: Hello, bhavna,

First, please know I am not a doctor. I am just someone who has done a lot of study and talked to a lot of women.

You are asking me questions you really need to ask your doctor. I can't give you instructions for what to do after your abortion. Are you trying to conceive again? Why? If you are trying to conceive, why did you have an abortion in the first place?

As far as your problem with becoming fatty is concerned, do you get any source of animal fat? Or are you strictly a vegetarian? You have to get enough animal fat to make hormones, and since abortion messes up a woman's hormonal balance, it may have thrown your body into a state where you don't have enough hormones to keep the fat off. A vegetarian diet isn't healthy. At the very least, a woman should have milk or eggs. I also know that lamb and chicken are common in Indian cuisine, and either one would help.

Don't go back to the person who did your abortion. That person can't be trusted, because abortion is very dangerous and there is no medical reason to do one in the vast majority of cases. That person has compromised her principles. I took a look to see if there are any organizations near you that can help you, and the closest one appears to be in New Delhi. I don't know if that is a possibility for you. But here is all the information I have: Catholic Hospital Association  Ashok Pl  New Delhi  110 001 INDIA  This organization may be able to recommend a good doctor for you in Jaipur. Otherwise, I hope you are able to find someone decent. Please let me know what you find out. Thank you!

QUESTION: thanks for your reply and sorry that i was unaware that u rnot a doc. i havent  myself gone for the abortion but the circumstances made the doctor go for the abortion coz i started bleeding in my pregn n that was blck n clolour then onli the doc said to go for this otherwise it will causer my body a severe problem.

Answer
bhavna,

Thank you for the further explanation. It may well be that the doctor felt it was necessary. In that case, please know that I am sorry you had this difficulty.

Please know that even though I am not a doctor, I work with doctors, and if I have a question, I ask them!

Ask your doctor to give you instructions on when you can do these things you want to do. Please take care of yourself. Make sure you get good nutrition so that next time, hopefully, you will have a better outcome. If you are a strict vegetarian, you are malnourished. You need some of the nutrients you can get only from animal sources. I know that vegetarianism is common in India. But you should be able to eat eggs, chicken, or drink milk. I also know that people in India eat lamb. Any of these will be helpful.

Let me know how you do.
