Hello Doctor, i took misoprostol on the 2nd of july and two days later, took the accompanying mifepristone. I bled for 2 days and had to take another dosage of misoprostol to complete the abortion dated at 4weeks. i bled for almost ten days, sometimes it goes and comes back in trickles and it then stopped only to come back 2weeks later.it was really frustrating. all the signs of pregnancy are gone, but now, on the 5th of august, after waiting for ovulation, my home kit is reading positive. am i pregnant again, or just an uncompleted abortion? could i have been fertile while still bleeding sporadically? im confused. pls help, i really need ur expert advice and input.

You could be pregnant OR  you could have hormones present in your body that is giving a false positive pregnancy test.
