Hi, I'm a southamerican 28 year old woman and have a relationship with an European man for almost 2 years now. I had an abortion on March and it took the time it had to take to overcome it, there was no big drama but lots of talking with my partner.
The problem is that I am not sexually appealing to him anymore, after the abortion we made love about 5 times. I have tried to ask him but he says the more I try to talk the worse it gets, I have been patient and not tried anything, I have also tried to get more "sexy" and it would not work, I have lost weight and grew my hair and it would not work, I have taken the initiative and only got hugs or mumbling in return.
It really hurts because I love him and I know he loves me too. We are fantastic in other aspects of our relationship, except for "bed time". Is there anything I should know and haven't tried yet? Or shall I just accept the fact that we will have sex 5 times per year?

Sometimes men, and women, have problems after abortion. It is called post abortion trauma or other names. Perhaps he is suffering from this, PASS (Post Abortion Stress Syndrome)

Almost 22 years of on-the-job training onsite at abortion clinics and volunteering at pregnancy resource centers. Sonogram training and Post Abortion Counseling Training. Have done research with hundreds of women for almost 23 years regarding abortion, pregnancy and post-abortion healing.
