what type of abortion can be done when your less than a month pregnant? about 20 days? or there's anything that i can take to lose it? like any pills required but i'm 16 year old

a very young pregnancy like yours can be treated by different medicaments.
E.G. Misoprostol(Cytotec®), Mifepristone or Metotrexate.
