i assumed and 90% sure that i was 3 weeks pregnant.i took 4
cytotec oral and 2 intra vaginal last oct. 25 at 9 in the
evening. by 2 am of oct 26 i peed and then blood came
out,also a blood clot came out sized like a bracelet of a 2
yr. old baby...on oct 26 i had a bleeding but today im just
having a spotting which worries me coz usually most of them
say that bleeding last for 1 to three weeks when mine just
on the 2nd day i just experienced spotting and the color of
the blood is brown like an old blood... my question goes
this way, do you think my abortion is safe? or do i need a
follow up?

Hi dear Ryugie,
A very young pregnancy like yours was not bigger than a grain of rice.
So you may have easily overlooked it with the blood coming out.
Bleeding at such a young stage is also minimal.
I can not see from here if it was successful or not but I vote for YES.
The follow up may consist of just a pregtest in three weeks time.
(Earlier makes no sense as pregnancy hormones leave the blood slowly.)
Its also  an important indication if you FEEL not pregnant anymore.
