i am 5 weeks pregnant visited doctor 3 weeks after last period ,i had sever pain  and she examine me and said that there is big ulcer and need cauterizing and did that.she and i didn't know that i am  pregnant cause i use condom and the fetus didn't recognized in ultra sound examination .after that the pain become more sever and visit the doctor again after  a week and she want pregnancy test.the pregnancy test was positive and there is a fetus available in ultra sound examination , i asked the doctor for abortion cause i was afraid from abnormality after birth and the doctor refused to do that by the law here in our country ,i seek for abortion drug and i took cytotec 3 ablest vaginally each 3 hours ,i took it 3 times and i had just pain and some droops of bleeding ,then i did ultra sound examination and the fetus still present and no doctors agree to make abortion for me and most of doctors said that the cytotec doesn't affect the uterus normality.
what is the way to do manual abortion?can i used cytotec again?is the prolong use of cytotec hurt the uterus or make
explosion of the uterus?can i use mifepristone now if i find it in the country?

Dear Shaimaa,

I would urge you not to pursue having the abortion. This is very dangerous and I am receiving email and questions from women who are having severe problems after an abortion. Some are bleeding and can't get it stopped. Some the pills are not working and other problems.
Please consider another option. Can you not have your baby and then place with a loving family who wants a baby? Please join our unplanned pregnancy group and post your question to all those women. I don't care what some doctors tell you, cytotec can be dangerous and without a doctor supervision can be fatal. I would not recommend mifepristone as well. I cannot recommend a way to do manual abortion as well. I would discourage you from abortion in any way. Abortion can cause physical, mental, emotional and spiritual problems.
