Question
Hi!

23 October 2010: First oral pill
25 October 2010: Second pill (oral + inserted pill)
15 November 2010: Visited doctor for check up (everything was cleaned)
20 November 2010: Had intercourse without protection
I have been spotting till 20 November 2010 after abortion, today (21 November 2010) it is bleeding like normal flow of that of periods.
My question is that did I really get my menstruation periods? Is there a chance of getting pregnant as I had unsafe sex?
Please help me out…I will not repeat my mistake again.
Regards
D. Giri

Answer
This could just be bleeding.  Normal period is usually 4-6 weeks after taking the pill.  You can get pregnant at anytime.  You should always use condoms.  Having unsafe sex is not advised.  If your partner does not want to use condoms, you should use a reliable form of contraception such as the pill
