Please help.
note: before my marriage my mensuration cycle was perfect 31 days.
ANSWER: Hello, Ratna,
There isn't really any way a person can tell you over the internet what is going on with your body. You will need to ask the doctor, who can test and examine you.
Anemia could explain in part why your periods are messed up. Also, the extra bleeding could have caused the anemia. Low blood pressure would cause giddiness. Excessive bleeding might cause low blood pressure. Try drinking extra fluids. If you can get some good electrolyte mixtures, add these to water; your minerals are probably depleted as well. If your blood sugar is low, this can cause nausea. So can the flu.
At the moment, some pregnancy tests would show positive if you are pregnant, and some wouldn't. You should wait a week and test again.
Also, are you taking any drugs that may be interfering with your hormones? Some medications will suppress the hormone that controls a woman's bleeding.
Since you have been taking antibiotics, you now need to take pro-biotics, to restore the beneficial bacteria in your intestines. Either the doctor can prescribe them, or if you can get some fresh yogurt, this may help. When your system is upset because beneficial bacteria have been killed off by antibiotics, this can cause a number of different problems.
So the best thing you can do is follow up with the doctor. Please do this. Take care. Let me know how you do. If you are pregnant, and you are having problem with nausea because of it, I can offer some suggestions, so please let me know.

QUESTION: Thanks for your answer Ms.Pat,
I do wait for a week.
But I would like to know whether it is good to take antibiotic (amoxillin) gave by my doctor at this time.
And past 3 days taking medicine after Glucose trips, still am getting that nausea and vomiting sensation.
The reason why am asking online is am not happy with physician here in UAE, who are from different nationality and I got all of these health issues after I came here.
Please guide, am so curious to have kid soon.
ANSWER: Hello, Ratna,
What nationality is your doctor? And yours? The solution is to find a doctor who is from your same background. You may have to do a little looking, but I'm sure there is someone out there, unless you are from a different culture from the one in UAE.
If you do have a urinary tract infection, then it is reasonable to take antibiotics. Just be sure you get the pro-biotics to restore the balance to your body.
What is a Glucose trip?
As for nausea and vomiting, as I said, it can be due to pregnancy, or to the flu. Only time will tell. If you are having this problem because of pregnancy, the best solution is to sip ginger tea or ginger ale. The doctor can also provide medication that is not known to hurt a baby.
I hope that you will have a baby soon.
Please let me know what you find out, and let me know what other kinds of help you may need. Take care.

QUESTION: Dear Ms.Pat,
My urinary tract infection was cured now it was in my past cycle, but i got this amoxycilin for low BP and nausea with light temperature, I got trips for the same, since I could not manage the gudiness.
Thanks for your answers, I'll look for some physician in my nationality, THanks a lot.
AnswerHello, Ratna,
You should not be taking amoxycillin for low blood pressure and nausea. Since you said you have cured your urinary tract infection, you should stop taking antibiotics. You need to make sure your intestinal flora are balanced, so please get some pro-biotics or eat some fresh yogurt. Are you in the habit of deciding what medicines to take, yourself? There are other remedies for these problems. As I said, for nausea, sip ginger tea.
You're welcome. Please keep in touch and let me know how you are doing.
