Dear Shan Yi Sheng,
I got an abortion back in October, i didn't start taken my birth control until the Sunday after my last period.. which was about a two weeks ago. I now am experiencing bleeding, when my period had ended two weeks ago. but i did miss one pill and thats when it had started, so i would like to know if this is normal. It had occurred after my partner and i were having sex, the bleeding.

Hi Meg,
Bleedingpatterns and periods after an abortion are unpredictable and usually irregular
for a month or three.
So it is not easy to say what is a period and what not.
Anyway there are no safe days before your periods are normal again.
My mantra: Never have unprotected unless  you want a baby.
