hi i'm leah, 22 years of age. i had an abortion two weeks ago using cytotec pills and i'm not sure of the next step to take. i was only one month pregnant. at first i bled heavily then took sylate tablets after four days of bleeding. i took a dosage of three tablets of sylate each day for seven days and gladly the bleeding and abdominal pain has stopped.on the aborting part i inserted a tablet of cytotec in my vagina and three other tablets under my tongue, could this affect my cervix? how do i know i didn't rupture my uterus? how do i know if i'm still okay down there? please help me.

You should have had a post abortion checkup to see how things are going for you physically. Let me know if you had that checkup.
