Question
I had a  medical termination at 8 weeks on the 13th Jan, and was told to expect a period within 4-6 weeks. It has been 6 weeks as of now and i have had nothing. I have however, had unprotected sex within the past 4 weeks. I took a test early last week, around the 15th which was negative however i understand this may have been too early. Also, my breasts went back to "normal" within a week or so of the procedure, but now they are swollen again, not sore though.
I am really confused as to what is going on, as i know it can take a while for the body to recover, but when i have looked around a lot of people seem to have got their periods back fairly quickly. Any info you have would be great. Thankyou!

Every woman is different and you can't go by what happened with someone else. I would say (just my opinion) that you would not be pregnant from recent sex. I would say that you still have pregnancy hormones. But contact a pregnancy resource center and see if they can give you a free pregnancy test and ask when. http://www.heartbeatinternational.org/worldwide_directory.asp
