Answer
Hello, SWEET,

Abortion pills are very dangerous. If given as two different drugs, one of them is being given against the express instructions of the manufacturer that a pregnant woman should never take it. Only a quack would give it to a pregnant woman. One of the dangers of the abortion pill is the prolonged bleeding. Some women even bleed to death. These pills disrupt a woman's cycle. There is no way anybody can know when your cycle will return to normal.

The pill doesn't always work, either. How far along were you when you took it? Did you notice anything other than blood?

The prolonged bleeding is potentially dangerous. One way you might be able to bring it under control is to get some cayenne (hot peppers) into your system. You can get it in food, or you can get it as a supplement at the health food store.

Other than that, you are going to have to wait and see. I wish I could be more specific, but when people tamper with a woman's delicately balanced hormones, all bets are off.

The other thing is if this is your first pregnancy, you are now gravely at risk for breast cancer, and it can strike while you are still young (such as in your 30's). You will need to be vigilant. Unfortunately, mammograms can cause it to spread, so you need to look for someone who will give you regular thermograms. There is information on the internet about how to prevent it. For example, there is quite a bit of information on using Vitamin D3 for this purpose, but a person has to be careful, because it is possible to overdose, so regular blood tests are required.

Please take care of yourself, and don't take a chance like that again. Let me know how you do.

Expertise

I can help women with the consideration of their decision, and with resources, and I can share my own experiences as the mother of seven and grandmother of eleven. My approach is to show love and concern, and help women work through the issues, emotional, spiritual, practical. I also help women deal with boyfriend and family issues. I am not a doctor, but I have done extensive medical research, so I may be able to help with information. I am female. When you write, if you are or were pregnant, please tell me how far along you were or are, and if you have had an abortion, please tell me what kind. Thank you.

Experience

I have been working with women who are considering abortion for several years. I also work with women who have had abortions. Our family has also experienced adoption, so I can talk about that as well.

Education/Credentials
I am mostly self-taught. I also studied midwifery for awhile. I have spent years doing research on this topic. In fact, I have been doing research and working in this area since the early 1970's. I have been helping women online for a few years, under the guidance of a woman who was formally training in counseling.
